I wasn’t prepared for the weight, I’m clever and was able to flip the mattress box up and over up the steps. It’s too firm, I’m a side sleeper and it needs to be softer...I still feel as if I’m just on top. I had high hopes and it’s a bummer I need to wait to return it.

So far we love it. Other than some confusion about shipping/receiving dates the process has been top notch. My back is hurting less, and I do not get as hot during the night, so I am sleeping much better. I also LOVE the pillow. I got a pillow very similar to this one about 8 or 9 years ago and it was my favorite pillow ever. I took it everywhere with me. Eventually my wife "borrowed" it, and I looked everywhere for another. I have tried about 20 different pillows to find one even close. This pillow is almost the exact same and I love it!

I don't know if there is anything to improve. So far I've had a good experience, the bed is very comfortable, just a bit firmer than I'm used to. I think I'm still adjusting from my old mattress to this one.
