The mattress wasn't packaged like in your video and was harder to undo. It hasn't been a hundred days yet since we have had the mattress but so far so good

Very comfortable, I get to much sleep now.
I had issues with sleeping on my side and pressure points with my old mattress, with the Tuft & Needle Mint i feel great!
