This is a nice upgrade from the standard mattress, which I was happy with as well. This adds a little squish without becoming soft. I need a more firm mattress due to back issues and this one feels amazing. What I love the most, is that it can seem scary to make such a big purchase without laying on it or feeling it, but the 100 day trial period solves that issues. Take a chance if you are on the fence! The ONLY issues is that our bed frame and support beam were missing from the box. Although it took another week to get the missing parts, customer service was amazing. Very quick responses and friendly people. We now have purchased our 4th T&N mattress with zero regrets and the best sleep ever! Everyone that sleeps on them loves them and even Grandpa said his back has never felt better!

My #1 search criteria for a new mattress is the VOC off-gassing. Enter T&N - no smell, truly! And the mattress is firm but comfortable.

I purchased the Mint Mattress in size King. Prior to sleeping on this mattress, my husband always complained that he didn't get good sleep almost every night. Now, it's the opposite :) Also, Tuft & Needle's customer service is out of this world. I originally purchased Cal King then realized that King would be better for us and customer service went the extra mile to make the change process so easy and painless. I can't thank the team enough. I've also purchased their mattress protector and bed frame. Of course, they are all high quality as well. High quality products and out of this world customer service -- Tuft & Need is the best!!

Does not sleep cool

My husband and I bought this bed because we wanted to sleep cooler than the original T&N we already owned. We feel no difference. The foam heats up underneath us. Also, after a 1 1/2 years of owning, it is too soft for us and we are both starting to experience low back pain. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Especially for the price. I usually gravitate to beds that don’t come out of a box all wrapped up. Aka coil or latex. But this is great. So far. The only complaint I have is it sleeps kinda hot. It’s summer so maybe that’ll come in handy in the winter. But I also wonder how long this bed will last as comfortable as it is. Longevity is a concern which I won’t be able to report on for another five years or so. We’ll see. But the good things are that it is super stable and when my boyfriend moves around I barely feel him. It’s plush and soft which is great because I’m a side sleeper but it’s still firm enough to be solid. And it’s easy to clean which I love.
