Firm support, but it’s still comfortable too. I don’t wake up with back, neck, or shoulder pain like I did with our old innerspring Serta mattress. Very happy!

Easy to set up, so comfortable from the start- no “breaking in” period. We have three in our home now! Both of my kids and my husband and I all have Tuft & Needle mattresses!
