It's firm, but not too firm. It's soft, but not too soft. The quality of sleep I have had since using this new mattress is unmatched.

At first I thought the bed was to firm, but by the first night my lower back pain had subsided, by the fifth night, I no longer would wake up with lower back pain. Well worth the money.
