It is both soft and supportive. I have slept much better now that we got a Mint mattress.

Comfortable mattress and quick delivery. Help is needed to set up it is extremely heavy. Also the legs on metal frame need to be moved away from the edge, it is too easy to stump your toes. I had to wrap the legs with bubble wrap to cushion so doesn't hurt as much. This design issue needs to be address.

There is a dip in foam where I rest my head. I have noticed that it has not returned to its original state but I want to give the mattress a fair shot so still assessing it during the 100 day trial period
