Mattress only measures 10.5 " - 11“ in height until the 12" advertised (I have had it a month now) . Also mattress feels a bit on the firm side but not sure if that's because a layer of foam is missing due to the height. Other than that the mattress has helped my lower back problems and the cover is very well made.

It is neither hot nor cool to sleep upon. I do not shift positions several times during the night as I used to on my old mattress.

So far I love my new mattress. I am getting good quality sleep and it is not too firm and not to soft. I have already told several people about Tuft and Needle
