I love the mattress, however there is a certain smell that it gives off that will not disperse. I am giving it more time but if the odor does not go away soon, I will contact you to make a return

A sufferer of back pain for a while due to and older than old mattress, my new mattress was a dream. Ive only been sleeping on it for a week but have not woken up with neck pain once. Im hooked!

The mattress smells and when I called about it, it was abundantly clear the company knew about it and the agent was reading the canned legal jargon.
