This mattress has good balance between firmness and soft comfort. Return policy is very attractive, but we are very happy with the mattress and won't be returning it.

My husband loves the cool factor, while I’m in love with not feeling the bed move when my husband is working late and comes to bed well after me.

We are 2 weeks in with new mattress and my wife isn't happy with how firm the mattress is. We know it takes some time to adjust to the new mattress but she is having back issues 2 weeks in that she didn't have before. We also noticed even after airing the mattress out for almost 24 hours we can still smell it 2 weeks later. We were expecting a softer sleeping surface and may have to make a change before our 100 day are up unfortunately.
