the first one sent smelled so bad that we had to get it out of the house. the new one is perfect. not sure how quality control is inspected at your facility. All is well now,

I love them all. I was so afraid I would have to return the mattress. Who buys a mattress without feeling it first? But it's so great. It is on the firm side, but so far I'm loving it.

The sheets feel great. Much better quality and overall feel than my previous ones. Wish the pillow cases were slightly longer to accommodate my bigger pillows.

My new Tuft and Needle Mint is Soooooo comfortable. It has great support, but is soft enough to be wonderfully comfortable. It also does not Ge a hot spot from my body heat. It was easy to order and then unpack and put the bed together. I highly recommend this bed!
