The mattress is very supportive. It has taken about three weeks for both the pillows and the mattress to break in.

LOVE This mattress. The Mint has the firm support I need and the soft pillow top comfort I want. And it cost much less than our previous traditional mattress!

So far so good. My neck doesn't feel much better but my back does. And I think my wife's back is better. Would've been closer to a '10' if you'd taken our old mattress -- it was a beast to drag down from 2d floor and out to trash.

I like the mattress, not to soft or to firm for me. still adjusting to a new mattress for me takes time, but so far I like this mattress.
