The pillow. Both my husband and I have no more neck aches and are using just the one pillow at night where we used to use two each.

I think it’s great! Love that my hips don’t hurt and I can get out of bed without any pain after a full night’s sleep. LOVE the pillows too.

Comfort and support. Would not recommend pillows as they do not have good support and lose their loft and retain heat.
