I still have low back pain when laying on my back. I don't think the adaptive foam is firm enough under my midsection, I still feel like I'm sleeping in a bowl, just a much shallower bowl than in my old mattress. It's better, but not wonderful.

The mattress was easy to unpack and was comfortable from day one. It's firm but not too firm. I am already sleeping better and we've only had it for a little over a week.
