I have slept on this for a few weeks and it sleeps too hot and is not firm enough, especially at the price point. It has distinct hot spots, so I have to move around a lot during the night to alleviate them, and it's way too soft for a firm loving mattress person. I had to buy a box mattress due to life circumstances, but I'll avoid it in the future. I received it in the beginning of January and they didn't send me the 2022 update - I was not happy about that.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback regarding the Mint mattress. We're sorry to hear that you are sleeping warm on your Mint mattress. We just recently updated the Mint with a new removable washable cover and redesigned edge support but the feel is the same. This new model was not available at the time you purchased your mattress. However, if you are still within the 100-night trial and would like to pay the difference and upgrade, just reach out to our team at 877-842-2586 or support@tn.com. We'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot any comfort issues with you as well.
The mattress feels different at different places. It does not have the same bounce or same cushion at all places.

Six months after buying, I still wake up a lot of mornings and notice how darned comfortable I am. I was worried about buying a mattress online, and even more so when I saw how it was packaged - the box looked too small! But here it is, and after sleeping on it for six months, I'm still very happy with it.
We bought the 2020 Mint mattress. It’s comfortable but can we talk about the smell?! We let it off gas for three days (windows open and fan going) before sleeping on it. After first night the sheets, mattress protector, my pajamas, my skin smelled like whatever is off gassing. Washed the bedding and clothing each day but three nights later and no improvement.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding your mattress. We're sorry to hear that you are noticing an odor. It's normal for the mattress to have a slight smell when you first open it up. Depending on your nose's sensitivity, the smell should go away within the first week of unboxing. We suggest continuing to let the mattress air out by removing any sheets or mattress protectors that cover it and keeping your mattress in a well-ventilated room if possible. Please do not remove the Tuft & Needle cover on the mattress.
We'd like to assure you that the smell comes from the freshly new foam being packaged during transit. We have very strict guidelines for testing our mattresses for known harmful chemicals and indoor air quality. Our mattresses are tested and certified by CertiPUR-US® to be free of any known harmful chemicals, heavy metals, or formaldehyde. They have also been given the GreenGuard Gold certification for air quality and safety.
If you continue to notice a smell, please reach out directly to our team at 877-842-2586 or support@tn.com and we'd be more than happy to help troubleshoot this issue with you.
