The package was weathered and ripped in places.
The mattress had a one inch tear on the left side of the mattress.

We love our new mint mattress and pillows. I am sleeping without pain for the first time in a long time. I wish I could replace all the mattresses in my house with Tuft & Needle!

Affordable but surprisingly supportive. While it did feel unfamiliar at first, I had truly deep sleep and woke up without my "normal" back stiffness.
