soft to body with right amount of firmness needed light to lift for my murphy bed and sheet change neatly covered with 'cord' ribbing for edge strength the way the company stands by the product.......

The mattress was not packaged the same way it appeared on the video for unpacking and inflating, making the queen sized mattress heavy & awkward. The mattress is more firm than expected and I don't think there are any other firmness options. This mattress replaced a coil plus foam top mattress which did not have the problem of "rolling down hill" when sleeping with a heavier person in the same bed like the T&N one does. Other than that, I do not notice any more comfort, less tossing & turning, sounder sleep as what has been advertised.
