Mattress is very firm and the pillows are complete opposite, overly soft. The pillows have zero support and are pretty much worthless. I will give the mattress another week or two to soften up. Not what I was expecting after all the recommendations.

I’m having trouble sleeping well on it since I received it. And my back is hurting. It’s too soft for me but I’m giving it a little longer before I decide if I should return it.

We have only had the mattress for a couple weeks now but we have only had worse back pain than with our last mattress. We will give it another couple weeks before we decide how we feel about it but right now its not all that great
