pillows are incredibly flat. I expected something much better. Bed is not near as soft as I expected.

Its firm but yet you feel like you're sleeping on air, especially with the topper. So glad that I decided on Tuft & Needle. Told many of my friends about it. The pillows are great too. I am very picky about my pillows and am ready to push my favorite aside by replacing with a Tuft & Needle

I have had this mattress for about a month now and I have never slept better. I previously had a sleep number but it was getting older so had to get a new mattress. So glad I went with this one! I would highly recommend!
