A bit too firm, considering we read the mint was a rating of 4 out of 10 on firmness. The quality seems very good, and the bed arrived promptly. I am planning to purchase a "topper" to ease the firmness. Still expect we will keep the mattress.

Comfort which allows for a good night sleep along with eliminating my lower back and hip pain during the night and in the morning.

Mattress is very comfortable, unlike a spring mattress this one conforms to your body allowing for a deeper sleep.
