The experience was very good, everything was as described and arrived very quickly. The mattress is just too soft for me, I am used to a traditional memory foam mattress that's firmer. If you prefer a softer mattress - then this could be perfect for you.
T&N should come up with a line that's firmer - there are others (like Casper) who do this.

It’s too hard, I have back pain every morning because of the new mattress. But I’m trying to give it some more time to see if with use it will adjust and improve.

Streamlined process from order to bed in my room. Just so you are aware, the pillows that came with my mint king do not fit into the pillow cases I purchased from you.
