Great mattress and pillows. It's comfortable without needing a topper. I'm not sure it's totally life-changing and worth the high price, so I'm glad I got it on sale, but I'm very happy with it.

I would highly recommend this bed for anyone suffering from back pain. I had spinal fusion surgery and was sleeping on a regular spring mattress and had chronic low back pain. After sleeping on this mattress my back pain is less than half of what it used to be. Definitely worth every penny.
