Absolutely fantastic mattress and pillows. Customer service responded to my particular issues due to my large size. They really reached out and helped tremendously. Unfortunately, the offered solutions did not work in my case but it was not the mattress at all. It is my heavy weight. I could not have been more pleased with the comfort and support of the Mint. The hip pressure points just could not be resolved in my particular case and I highly recommend Tuft and Needle Mint to everyone. Again, customer service followed up promptly and honestly living up to every thing they promised and more. Go for it!
