Excellent mattress. Perfect support for a 220# / 72 year old male. The mattress outgassing was almost nonexistent as we were able to sleep on the mattress the same day we received it. The Customer service was really fantastic. Quick to respond to errors /mistakes caused by the shipping carrier.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing my mint mattress and found the most positive ratings with Tuft & Needle's products and customer service. It was all true! I like a very plush feel and this amazing mattress is better than any other I have felt. It provides great support and softness. I still wanted a little more cushioning, so put a memory foam topper on it as well. Perfection!

Although this bed didn't work for us, it was a very comfortable bed. the quality was great. The return process was amazing and would recommend this company to anyone looking fro a new bed.
