I spent hours researching mattresses, especially on consumer reports, and I’m honestly not sure what all the hype is about concerning this mattress.
I read that it is supposed to be pretty soft, and help with alleviating joint pain while sleeping. I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for over a month and a half, and I’m having a lot of trouble getting comfortable on it, and I wake up achy with my shoulders and hips really hurting me. This is supposed to be a fairly soft mattress, and in my opinion it is not that soft, and my joint pain has gotten worse since sleeping on his bed.
I emailed customer service to return it, and they offered to send me a mattress topper to try out to see if that helps, so I decided to try that first. Hopefully that helps me be able to get comfortable and not wake up in pain! I’m also hoping that it doesn’t retain heat because I specifically bought this mattress because one of the features was that it didn’t hold heat, so we will see how it goes!
On a positive note, their customer service team is excellent (5 Stars!), and they really do respond quickly and treat you well.
I have no doubt that if I do need to end up returning the mattress, that I will be able to do so without any hassle, which is very important to me with such a large purchase.
Overall I would maybe recommend the bed to somebody who doesn’t have any sort of back/shoulder/hip pain, but for anybody that already deals pain, especially joint pain, I would recommend getting something different.

Upgraded from the regular Queen to the Mint Queen, and took a little bit of adjustment to get use to but getting all the best sleep since.

Excellent purchase. We have a California King basic mattress from T&N that we like alot. The mint is firm and supportive but the extra cushion on top adds to the perfect comfort. My husband has trouble getting comfortable due to the pressure on his hips and shoulders and sleeps great on the mint mattress.

The company is amazing. They're great to deal with. I found the mattress itself too firm but they offered a free topper that softens it and that has helped a lot. Still not convinced but the company is amazing to deal with.
