Well the mattress is a nicely constructed, I purchased the "Mint" mattress so it would be a bit softer, which I'm glad I did, because the firmness is a bit too much. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waking with a slight back ache. I'm hoping that the longer I use it the more that my body will get accustomed to the firmness. As a result I give it a 4, because I'm hesitant to recommend it to a friend because of the firmness. I have no problem with the hotness of the mattress or laying on my side, it's after 8 hours of sleep on my back, my back aches.

have not slept as well as expected. No memory foam top to make it a little softer on top and for the first time i sweat on my back and so may have to take advantage of the money back guarantee but trying to give it a little more time

The service is great, the packaging and shipping is fast and easy but the mattress might be too soft for me because I am heavy in the middle and sink in too far in that area.

The mattress is a little too firm. I thought that would subsides after sleeping on it for a few weeks, but it has not.
