The mattress is great. We had a standard Casper we tried for a month or two before this and the mint is softer and overall more comfy. I still had dreams of an even softer mattress though. As a 150 lb side sleeper I needed more cloud like cush. I emailed customer service and they were happy to help me find the solution. Great product. Great customer service.

Too hard and too heavy

We have had our mattress for almost 2 years. My husband thinks it’s comfortable but I think it is way to hard. If you are older, please consider how heavy this mattress is before buying. Lifting the corners when changing the sheets is almost impossible, especially if you have back problems.
The company was nice enough to send us a mattress topper for free when we said it was too hard. But it is still too hard and now our mattress is so high because of the extra height.
