Setup was simple and quick, and we had a great night's sleep starting from the first night. My husband says he woke up without pain for the first time in a long time

Love the support, but, needed to add double egg crates to soften the surface. Not enough give to soften the feel for my moderate to severe rhumayoid arthritis. Would love if a traditional pillow to was offered as an accessory.
