I recently bought a new mattress with tuft and needle. After much deliberation, we decided on the mint. It arrived in a box and was easy to set up and fully inflated rather quickly. After sleeping on it for about six weeks, I can say that it's comfortable. I still experience hip and shoulder discomfort from time to time. I still get an arm or hand that falls asleep from time to time. While the sides and corners of the mattress have been reinforced for the company it definitely take some getting used to my double chocolate kiss to feel it collapse. I can't imagine what a non reinforced border would feel like.
Mattress felt less luxurious than I was led to believe it would. It definitely feels .... Not quite cheap... But definitely not like I dropped a grand or more on it. I am thinking of returning it and getting something a little more plush but have yet to fully decide.

We originally had a queen (for 3 years now) which was great, then decided to get a split king adjustable frame so we went with what we know only 2 twin XL this time, no difference in comfort and really didn't expect any difference. Delivered very quick in fact it showed up too fast since we had to wait a week before the frame showed up from someone else Thanks Again for a great mattress and service. Just a note our son and his wife also love the queen which was moved to guest room

I am very pleased with Mint. This is a medium firmness mattress, with fantastic cooling properties. There isn’t much that can be expressed in words. You just have to try it. I can also personally attest that the customer service experience at Tuft & Needle is truly amazing. Add to this that the company is based in Arizona(I’m in Tucson), and I’m sold for life.
