Sore neck and mid back every morning

It definitely looks nice and high quality. A few weeks into using it, I began to experience neck and mid/lower back pain every morning and lingering throughout the day. I am in my 20s, average weight, so it's not due to my body type. I gave it some time to see if other factors were the cause, but and by the time I realized it must be the mattress causing the soreness, the 100 day guarantee had passed by a few days. Now I cannot return it (couldn't prove defective or uneven sinking. It evenly sinks in super deep depending on the weight placed on it). I believe the mattress is too soft and sinks in deep around my hips/butt, causing my back to arch the entire night. If I lay on my side, my spine and hips are not aligned and spine is curved due to the sinking in at the hips. This mattress claims to have firmness, but I don't experience that. I would only recommend this mattress to someone who needs ALOT of cushion to the point of sinking in.

I have received this mattress around June 2 or 4 and slept on it for three weeks before we went out of town on June 24 till July 6. I t has been 5 weeks sleeping on this mattress and I give it a three at the moment because I have notice that I have been waking up not rested and with a sore neck and lower back. Not sure if it is the mattress or other issues so more time is needed to accurately give a review.

The mattress is proving comfortable for one of us, but my wife is a side sleeper and she is experiencing shoulder and hip pain regularly due to firmness of the mattress. Not sure if we’ll be keeping it long term.
