The Tuft and Needle Mint Mattress is extremely comfortable and stays cool thourghout the night. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Nothing really. Just do not know enough about other similar brands to only recommend Tuft and Needle. I am overall, fairly pleased thus far but it has only been about 3 weeks so time will tell.
