Great Mattress Terrible Delivery & Customer Service

The mattress is great and I cannot tell you how good it is in helping to get a good night's sleep... However the method of delivery was a total disaster, the mattress was dropped at the bottom of my stairs and I had to drag it up alone. When I contacted Tuft and Needle about this they did not really address the concern, they used Covid as an excuse that the delivery guy dropped it at the bottom of 27 stairs, although he made it to the door to tell me he had left it there.... For the cost and wanting it delivered to my door this is where it becomes a let down, and customer service were really flippant about it.

This is my second Tuft & Needle purchase and the whole family loves these mattresses. The Mint mattress is medium firmness (but not so firm that it hurts your hips when sleeping on your side) but also feels soft (but not so soft that it sags and not in a way that hurts your back). I recommend this mattress.
