We are in our 60’s and this is the most comfortable mattress we’ve had. Loved it immediately. Firm but gentle on your pressure points. I am a side sleeper and my hips no longer hurt from laying on one side too long. Would have given it a 5 star rating, but it does not have handles on the side, which makes it very difficult to move a king mattress. Otherwise, we are extremely happy with this mattress.

Great Mattress and excellent customer support

I bought a mattress about a month ago. It was very comfy but didn't expand all the way. The customer service was on it and shipped me a new mattress immediately which turned out perfectly. The mattress is Medium. I have the topper on it and have tried it both ways. With the topper, it makes it softer but not squishy like other toppers do. It is perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for someone who doesn’t like to be swallowed by their mattress! I even sleep without a pillow sometimes and love it. Mint is worth the money and has helped me sleep better so far.

Wonderful customer service but too soft

We bought this mattress 6 weeks ago and gave it a solid trial. We found we were waking up sore in the morning, and I think the mattress is too soft for us. We both like softer mattresses, so we thought this would be a good choice. I'm about 135lbs and he's about 170lbs for reference. Also one side of the bed never got as thick as the other side. There was this weird compressed edge to the bed. We would have contacted support about it, but we were going to return it anyway.
Support was EXCELLENT with the return. They made it super easy. They refunded our money immediately and gave us several options for what to do with the mattress. We ended up donating it to a refugee family and purchased a hybrid mattress from another company that is better for us. If you read the other reviews and it seems like this is the mattress for you, don't hesitate to try it! Lots of people love it and Tuft & Needle couldn't make returns easier.

Wish I listened to the bad reviews

I bought the mint mattress a couple months ago. After a little research and going off the good reviews I decided to just go for it.... I wish I didn’t. I spend every night tossing and turning and end up with a sore back every morning. I am never one that writes reviews but after countless sleepless nights I figured if I can spare one person from buying this mattress by writing one that that will be enough
