Everything. LOL. It's SO comfortable and is perfect for both my husband and I. It stays warmer in the winter and cooler in summer! Crazy! It's like...you're laying on TOP of the mattress, not IN it. And there aren't any pressure points driving your body nuts. It's very supportive and firm, but not like sleeping on concrete!

Everything was great except the mattress had a strong chemical odor and it still does. My sheets smell like it after they have been on it for a day. The mattress itself is comfortable.

The mattress is too firm for me. I fall asleep on my side, but roll onto my back for most of my sleep. My back immediately starts hurting, and I have to sleep on my side.

I sleep firm, so a bit firmer is would be better for me. But in general, I've already recommended your mattress to my brother and he bought one (: You sell great mattresses!
