The bed gets warm before the blankets. A possible liability in the summer but cozy for now. The edge is so soft it can be hard to get out of at times.Indeed it's so soft it can be hard to get around in. The mattress is 6 inches thicker than my old mattress so we had to take the legs of the automatic platform to make it possible to get dressed or sit on the side of the mattress and get dressed. I've had no sleep complaints so far.

I never thought I would like to sleep on a foam based mattress. It is surprisingly comfortable and restful.

Very comfortable, especially since we were still sleeping on a 20 year mattress that had a good hump in the middle! I can't say it makes me feel any cooler, so that's a bit of a bummer since we splurged on the mint. My husband loves it though.
