We felt although the quality of the mattress was good, the mattress eas too stiff and hard. We prefer a softer mattress like the pillow top that we're use to.

This is the best mattress I've ever owned. I normally wake up with a sore back after just a few hours of sleep. With the Tuft and Needle mattress, I sleep through the night and wake up with no body aches. I'm extremely pleased with this mattress!

Not comfortable. I upgraded to mint mattress expecting it to be more plush since I am a side sleeper. It feels too firm.

Exceeded already high expectations. Great job! I love how cool it is, soft only to the point that it conforms to my body. Really though, my sleep has already improved drastically
