Loved the sales process, LOVE the mattress! Love that you give back to the school I work at. I have told at least 20 people how amazing the mattress is. Mad at myself for not buying one a couple of years ago.

I used to have one of those foam "neck" pillows. It was better than a regular pillow, but the T&N pillow feels amazing. It offers support and isn't too soft or too hard. I guess I sort of feel like Goldilocks. Haha. Loving it.

I’ve only slept on my tuft and needle mattress a few nights but so far I have found it to be both comfortable and supportive. Mine took a few days for the foam smell to dissipate. So far the only negative comment I have is that it seems to hold a bit of heat so this mattress may not be for you if you like to sleep very cool.
