I bought the T&N original about 3 or 4 years ago and love it. However I was more of a back sleeper then, and I’ve become a side sleeper since. Earlier this year I found my arm falling asleep and waking me up in the middle of the night. I contacted CS and they suggested the mattress topper which would soften the bed a bit and should relieve the pressure. This solved the issue. I recently decided to upgrade to a king-sized bed and when I looked into it, it seems the Mint is a combo of the Original mattress with the topper built in. It’s perfect for me, I mostly sleep on my size but my boyfriend sleeps on his back, we sleep soundly and wake up feeling well rested and now we have the space to stretch out too! T&N customer service is amazing, the products are made in America with American material and the company was founded by Penn State grads. I’ll never buy another brand mattress, I’ve told everyone I know about my bed and many family and friends have bought and love it too.

Great mattress. This is my third tuft and needle. It’s slightly softer then the original, but still has that firmness and support I need. Edge support is better. This is a nice upgrade from the original T&N.
