Great Mattress and excellent customer support

I bought a mattress about a month ago. It was very comfy but didn't expand all the way. The customer service was on it and shipped me a new mattress immediately which turned out perfectly. The mattress is Medium. I have the topper on it and have tried it both ways. With the topper, it makes it softer but not squishy like other toppers do. It is perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this mattress! Decided to go with the step up because it’s still more affordable than other, similar bed in a box brands and I plan to keep this for a while. Read lots of reviews ahead of time and felt confident this was the best option and it has not disappointed! Soft but not plush, still provides good support—only downside is now it makes getting out of bed even harder!
I’ve also slept on the regular T&N and that’s comfortable too but this feels like a good investment.

My wife and I recently made the move on our first new mattress in almost a decade. While we were initially hesitant to let go of our old pillow top mattress, we began to realize more and more that we'd been getting a less than mediocre night's sleep. We were hot, tossing and turning, sinking into the middle of the bed, aches and pains, you name it. It was high time for a change.
Enter Tuft & Needle.
We decided to spring for the King Mint Mattress. The mattress ordering experience was simple and user friendly. When the mattress arrived (on time btw), we noticed it was packaged very tidily in a 4 ft x 2.5ft (estimate) box. We removed our old mattress from the frame and the Mint unrolled easily from the wrapping and without issue.
Now it was time for the real test--actually sleeping on it.
While the mattress insert advised that it may take several days for your body and the mattress to conform to each other, on the very first night I fell asleep within minutes and slept more deeply than I'd slept in YEARS. I woke up feeling completely recharged. As for my wife (a physical therapist who stands on her feet for 10+ hours per day), she noticed a difference right away. She had less trouble waking up in the morning, has had more energy and is generally more alert throughout each day.
We couldn't be happier with the Mint from Tuft and Needle. I just wish we'd made the switch sooner!
