It looks good, it's well built, but it's not for us. It took us about a week to adjust to the heat difference, as this mattress did keep us a bit warm at first compared to the pillow-top mattress we had prior, but that leveled out nicely. My husband and I are both side sleepers and tend to have shoulder and neck tension regularly which was exacerbated by the firmness of this mattress. It worked nicely for me while I'm on my back or stomach but as an active sleeper, the moment I get chilly I curl on my side and woke up with a tight neck and achy shoulder.

The bed is really great but the stinky off-gassing continued a LONG TIME. Even with the window open and a fan on, it took at least five or six weeks for all the smell to be gone. That part is nasty. But now it feels great, and the purchase experience was just fine.
