I like the bed and the pillows but I found it to be to hard for me to get comfortable on. My wife had the same complaint. I will say the customer service and ease of purchasing this mattress was great. Companies can learn a lot from your customer service.

In terms of comfort it's amazing. I immediately felt my pain go away and feel so much better than I did on our old mattress. However, I'm disappointed in the quality of the outer layer. We've been sleeping on ours for about 2 months and there are already several tears in the grey cover. I would probably purchase again, but would have to buy a better mattress cover to go on top.

The ordering, delivery and setting up process was very good. Slightly more off-gas than I expected and it much firmer than our old mattress. . We may need to add the topper but we are sleeping well.

Love T&N mattress; Mint not worth the added cost

I bought the standard T&N mattress in Queen size and slept on it for 6 months. I then upgraded to King size and "Mint" version of mattress. The new mattress has not impressed. Not sure why Mint version costs more. Edges are not as "square". Does not fill my King size platform. I occasionally sleep on my old Queen size standard T&N mattress and find it more comfortable than the Mint. Might return the Mint and exchange for the standard version in King.

The chemical smell is still so bad. I can’t sleep in or lounge on my bed b/c I get headaches if I’m on it for too long. I wish it wasn’t such a pain to return it/exchange it.
