My husband loves this mattress and talks about it to whoever will listen. I, however, am still having a hard time and feel like i'm still not getting the upper back / neck support I was looking for. The topper was a small help, but I'm still consistently waking up with shoulder and neck pain. Hoping I can figure out how to remedy this problem soon, as I'm still not fully sold on it.
