Personally I love that they are nice and cool and crisp... i would give a 9 but the pillow cases are small for my regular size pillow. Typically I have case left to cover the pillow edge but unfortunately these seem short

The pillow is great. I've had it for a month and I love it. I'm hoping that it will last years without sagging because the price is pretty high, but I am satisfied so far.
