The pillow is nice and plush, but not overstuffed. It has a good amount of give, but also enough support. It sleeps cool, and maintains its shape. Good pillows.

The mattress cover for well, and was easy to put on. It seems thick and likely to last.

I gave it an 8 since I have not washed it yet and don't know how well it will hold up. Other than that, I love it. It is thin yet seems to be sturdy. Best of all, it is cooling!
