Nothing is perfect so obviously, cannot be a 10. By grading the mattress an eight I offer a very high rating. But we are all different and I always consider that what works for me isn’t always the same for others. My wife and I both sleep very deeply on this mattress but both experience lower back pain upon arrising. Pain quickly subsides and we are supposing this to be natural transition from the softer mattress we replaced and which will continue to subside until gone. Very comfortable mattress. We referred to Consumer Reports and cost comparisons before buying. Thanks.

Right now it is too stiff but main issue is the smell, my grandpa is very sensitive to the smell but we are letting it air out for a while

It's much firmer than I thought but I just need to buy a topper I think otherwise I love it. I love this company!
