(We bought the bed for our son. His comments are as follows:) "Unpacking the mattress was extremely easy. It's becoming even more comfortable over time. I'm sleeping through the night with zero discomfort and not moving around trying to find a comfortable spot. It's the best mattress I've ever slept on!! I love it!! There is no movement in the mattress, and the Tuft and Needle pillows are amazing as well!! The mattress keeps me cool and I'm not sweating at night like I always did before. The mattress is not hot at all!"
