I bought a king mint mattress 6 months ago and honestly I’m not impressed. It’s a huge improvement from my previous tiny mattress, but it’s much more firm than I expected. I toss and turn a lot.. just can’t seem to get comfortable.
A couple weeks ago I slept on a different “bed in a box” at a friend’s and it was soo amazing. It actually had more of a memory foam feel that you slightly sink into and that contours your body. I didn’t move all night. I thought the Mint would be more like that but it’s not. It’s just like.. hard foam. I probably should’ve returned it while I could but it seemed like a hassle. I really wanted to like it but I feel duped. I spent so much time researching and reading reviews, I honestly can’t believe there are so many 5 stars.
I will say, shipping was quick and was one of the factors in my decision as I was in a hurry, and I also like that it is USA made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I updated/upgraded from my beloved T&N mattress that was about 10 years old. I’ve always chosen a firm mattress because I tend to roll over to multiple stomach and side positions during the night. I worried that the Mint Mattress would be a bit too soft, but I did want to go slightly softer on the surface this time—and I had confidence that I could try it and return it if needed. The blend of the slightly softer surface with the still obvious firm support beneath is perfect for me now. All I can really say at the point is that I have never, ever slept better. Thank you.

Great mattress and very comfortable. It’s a little hotter than a normal mattress but only slightly. I like it and my wife loves it. We are hooked on the foam.

I like the twin we have but sharing the king is not good. The sides are firm so it doesn't dip out, but they are to hard to sleep on. The middle is better but we time into each other. I feel every move my husband makes which isn't supposed to happen with the mint. My husband sleeps soundly on anything and has no complaints. He does not feel me or notice that for the first time in 10 years he is sleeping so close we touch

In comparison to my Tempurpedic, it’s is more bouncy. It isn’t a foam feel. It’s is less firm. I’m keeping it the full trial period but not sure if I’ll keep it. I wanted something less expensive but this isn’t the feel I wanted.

Way softer than I expected. Still a good mattress for lighter or younger people. I have a basic Leesa Mattress that's much better balanced and not super firm.
