[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product love the new metal cases…Tech support needs to understand WiFi compatibility to save time and money for Lenovo and customers. Working on a DSL modem isn’t compatible with out of box WiFi setting for WiFi 6 and tech couldn’t figure that out with so much detail provided. I ended up figuring out to change the WiFi setting value to make it compatible resulting in one less return.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop packs a punch and is quite zippy, but it lacks in battery life, which I was unaware of before purchase. I am also having some power management issues but I think I'll figure those out.

The nonglare screen and larger keyboard make everything a bit easier. A great business machine. Would highly recommend!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy laptops as compared to the couple Lenovo Yoga models I used, but it doesn’t flip over. Useful when intending to use as a desktop alternative that you can hook off power. The touchscreen is very neat as well.

Even though I created an issue by pausing in the middle of PIN set up, I was able to call the support line and received immediate help which solved my problem. I chose this computer because it is the closest model that I found to the one I used at my last job, which was the best computer I've ever had. Began using immediately for my new business two weeks ago and I've had zero issues.

Decent laptop but not working with windows update

Been with thinkpad over 10 years. This model (gen 2 last year) works well but started having issues with windows 11 update. Customer service runs me around in a circle, then lies about ordering a part. Overall good machine but horrible support (paid) has made this a nightmare so far.
