[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it's a good quality laptop. Great graphics. The only cons are that the battery doesn't last as long when using the internet (but I assume that every device is like that), and the speakers aren't that loud unless you use headphones. Other than that, it's one of the best computers I've owned.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my ThinkBook for my digital audio recording and multimedia editing workstation. The Thunderbolt 3 transfer rates makes latency a non-issue and the 10-core processor provides plenty of muscle for the heavy lifting required for this type of work. This would’ve been an otherwise expensive custom-build endeavor. Pleasantly surprised is an understatement.
The computer is okay. Your business practices are horrible! Lenovo is not to trusted. I was assured by sales rep that my purchase was part of a promo. Now, a month+ later they say that they were mistaken and cannot honor what was offered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this laptop. It has the power and portability that I needed. So much lighter and faster than my last computer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThinkBook seems to be a perfect compromise between quality and features, and price. It's a solid family or business laptop. I would highly recommend a ThinkBook to any one looking for a quality laptop an affordable price.
It works well with my Levovo Thunderbolt 3 docking station to setup multiple screens using the USB C communication port (which is what the ThinkPad also uses for it's main power supply cable), which I typically use for my Thinkpad CAD machine.
I've tried several of the cheap $400 to $600 entry level laptops, and they never seem to last more than a few months prior to having some type of issue that makes them run like molasses. With this ThinkBook coming in around $750 to $850 (if decently equipped), it is well worth the extra money.
The ThinkBook is a large step up in quality and general feel compared to the IdeaPad my wife's work just bought her. Don't know why any business would opt for an IdeaPad over the ThinkBook. The couple hundred dollars in upfront capital cost they save with the IdeaPad will just cost them many thousands more in in down time.
