Simple design but not reliable as a keyless lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review.
I really wanted this to work as we were in the market for a keyless entry, but unfortunately this item only works about 30% of the time, so we have to use the physical key. As a traditional lock, it works as expected.
It was relatively easy to install and looks clean. Other than that, nothing about the actual product is easy. It doesn’t always want to connect and won’t lock and unlock on demand, which defeats the purpose. The card access never worked for us. The design is beautiful and looks like a traditional lock which is what we were looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a plug in that is used with the lock. It allows for remote access. We haven’t used this product yet but it does allow for our convenience to have the option to use it.

Easy to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quick and easy set up in the app. As soon as I plugged it in it found it, got it set up on my WiFi and connected directly to the lock easy peasy. It updated firmware and was off and running.

Cant get it to connect

We are still in the troubleshooting phase with this product. My husband has tried on multiple occasions to get this plug to connect to the lock via the Wi-Fi and still has not done so successfully. But we’ll keep trying.

A must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Level Connect is very compact and clean-looking. It looks a lot better and smaller than my other smart lock bridge. It’s super easy to set up. With it, I can use the level+ lock with my Amazon Alexa and can open the door remotely. I can also check the access history real-time. It’s a must have when using the Level Lock+.

Wonderful device, entry via app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Level Connect is such a wonderful small elegant device which makes entry and exit keyless and effortless provided there’s no power outage and you have your phone with you. The Level Home app installation was easy and setup took about 10 minutes which was quick and easy. It would have been easier if the box had a barcode for their app clearly visible on the outside. Smooth working, no issues and easy set up.
