I was apprehensive about ordering a mattress online, but it’s everything I needed. It’s really helped with my back pain (I have 4 herniated discs) and shoulder and hip pain. I don’t notice the “coolness” but that’s fine with me as I live in a cold climate and prefer warmth

I got the Venus Williams and my wife got the 3D matrix. I love stiff and she loves soft and they are both perfect!!

it was advertised as being able to keep you cool while you sleep it does not . The bed is a little on the hot side . Bought the Ghosted mattress protector it did not help. Tried a different mattress protector that was supposed to sleep cool but it did not work either. The bed sleeps on the hot side and is not as comfortable as I thought has more of a foam mattress feel than a hybrid. Not really pleased
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My back was causing me so much pain and after having this mattress and sleeping on it for 2 nights, it was daylight and dark difference when I would get up in the mornings! Every day since it’s only improved more and more. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone experiencing back pain or trouble sleeping I have scoliosis and I have a hard time with beds and this has just been a game changer! 🥰

Was involved in a serious accident years ago since then I've tried other mattresses and all I did was toss and turn since then I've got the 3D matrix and couldn't be more satisfied I want to thank the people at ghostbeds for helping me exchange the luxury mattress that I first purchased it wasn't quite right and exchanged for the 3D matrix I must say they stand behind what they say

This mattress is very comfortable. It is by far the coolest mattress I've ever owned. I am a very hot sleeper and getting a good nights rest is much easier now. The matress feels soft, but I don't feel like I sink into it. Coming from a memory foam only matress to this one was a big change but definitely a good decision. I typically sleep on my side or stomach and I've had no issues. My wife sleeps mostly on her back and hasn't complained of any pain or issues either. Shipping was extremely fast and packaging was excellent, too.
